Tor Anders Petteroe (Founder, CEO and Chairman) Mr. Petteroe has over 25 years of experience in working with early stage and growth companies. Mr. Petteroe has an engineering background with solid business development and marketing experience and has helped launch and secure major accounts to bring shareholder value to the companies we work with. Mr. Petteroe was the Founder of Pollution Control Systems Ltd, in Ireland and inventor of the BioTector (www.biotector.com). Mr. Petteroe has 15 years of product development, with several partners. Among them with the University of Oslo, Physics Department. in Norway. Mr. Petteroe received his degree in Electrical Engineering at the Ostfold State Technical College, Norway. Mr Petteroe is a director in the company World Quiz Europe Ltd, and he is a member of the UK Institute of Directors. Robert Flohr (Corporate Strategic Advisor ) Robert Flohr is together with Tor Anders Petteroe a director of Towah Plc and an adviser for the Towah Group Ltd. He is a leading advisor for several of the major European banks. Bob, who works closely with Tor Anders, has been a consultant and advisor to the financial services industry for over twenty-five years, primarily from an executive search platform. For the past few years, Bob has worked as a senior advisor to the boards of two major banks consulting on issues related to corporate restructuring and integrations, corporate business development, management development and change management. He has an outstanding record of success in helping clients build new business, grow market share and improve performance and has consistently been a market leader in originating new business and generating revenues. His consulting career began with McKinsey and Company and includes four years at Korn Ferry International (KFI). At KFI, he was head of the Financial Services practice for Europe and was responsible for the global coverage of investment banks and asset management firms. His clients have included many of the leading investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms and private banks. While based in London for ten years, Bob covered all the European markets and maintains a significant network of personal and professional contacts, both in Europe and the U.S. Bob is a graduate of Princeton University and spent four years early in his career working as an Assistant Dean of Admissions and as an Academic Advisor at Princeton. Keith Stock Keith Stock is Senior Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer of TIAA-CREF, the New York-based financial services organization with more than $350 billion in combined assets under management. From 2004 to 2008 Mr. Stock served as President of MasterCard Advisors, LLC, the professional services business of MasterCard Worldwide. He was a member of the MasterCard Operating Committee and Management Council.
Mr. Stock previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of St. Louis Bank, FSB and First Financial Investors, Inc., a private equity firm and thrift holding company, as well as Chairman of Treasury Bank, Ltd. Earlier in his career he held banking and finance roles with AT Kearney, Capgemini, Ernst & Young and McKinsey. He began his career with the Mellon Bank (now The Bank of New York Mellon). Mr. Stock is a director of the Foreign Policy Association, a trustee of AFS Intercultural Programs, Inc., a member of the Economic Club of New York and an Advisory Board member of the Institute for Ethical Leadership, Rutgers University Business School. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Morten Petteroe (Co-Founder and CTO) Mr. Petteroe (“Morten”) has over 10 years of technology and start up experience. Morten was the founder of Mikrotek, a company specializing in web design and development services and computer hardware support services. Morten also founded Kilobit Information and Support Systems a company specializing in developing web based applications and services for maintaining information portals, membership systems and workflows, and is still a director of this company. Morten was also most recently a co-founder of Imano, a company specializing in membership management systems and applications. Morten also has extensive leadership training and experience through his military engagements. Morten received his degree in Information Technology and Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He also attended Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, USA. Rob MacColl (CFO) Rob MacColl (CFO) joined MasterCard in 1998, where he was Group Executive of Global Acquisitions and Development with global transaction responsibilities that include making investments in strategically important companies as well as advising on M&A opportunities, leading due diligence, and developing business cases. Previously, he was the CFO’s Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Planning. Prior to MasterCard, Mr. MacColl graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked as an aerospace engineer with Pratt & Whitney aircraft for seven years. During his engineering career he obtained a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute. His engineering career culminated with his being the flight test performance engineer for the certification of several new Airbus aircraft (e.g. A320, A321, A330) in Southern France. Harald Ekker (Co-Founder and VP of Sales) Harald Ekker is educated at the University of Oslo (cand.mag) specialized in physiotherapy and sports medicine. He was on the Norwegian National Athletics Team for several years. Mr. Ekker established a chain of centers for rehabilitation and exercise before he went into import and direct sales where he has built up several successful direct sales organizations. (Rainbow and Delphin) Since 2001 Mr. Ekker has been instrumental in the successful build-up of network marketing organizations throughout Europe. |
